You may be asking, “Beth, what does that even mean?” or “What even is a flippin’ chemical peel cause that shiz sounds scary AF?”
Ohhhh my darling, buckle up! You are about to become the expert in chemical peels you didn’t even know you wanted to be.
The Mayo Clinic describes a chemical peel as “A procedure in which a chemical solution is applied to the skin to remove the top layer to varying degrees. They are used to treat wrinkles, discolored skin, scars and other skin concerns. Peels can be done at different depths, from light to deep. Deeper peels offer more dramatic results but also take longer to recover from”.

pomegranate peel
Featuring: Pomegranate & Malic Acid
For Normal, Combo and Oily Skin Types
This is an exfoliating peel with both enzymatic and alpha hydroxy acids, mega antioxidant potency and transformative results.
Pomegranate and malic acid work synergistically to exfoliate the outermost layer of the skin, promote cell turnover, brighten the complexion and unclog pores.
This is an ideal treatment for hyperpigmentation, post breakout pigmentation issues and acne prone skin.

Glycolic acid is derived from sugar cane and is an incredibly small molecule, allowing it to penetrate skin and dissolve the connective proteins holding dead skin cells onto the surface. Revitalize dull skin with this antioxidant rich power treatment.
The stimulating action of glycolic acid, bilberry and clove brighten the skin and reduce fine lines.
FLORAESSENCE PEEL
Featuring: Plant Peptides & Lactic Acid
For ALL Skin Types (especially dry & mature)
Stimulate collagen synthesis and encourage cellular turnover with our amazing botanic treatment.
A combination of 15% lactic acid, 3% mandelic acid, 2% hibiscus flower extract and other botanicals help to hydrate, exfoliate, and promote repair of damage in your skin all at the same time.
Ideal for boosting skin's natural barrier process, diminishing fine lines all while leaving skin with a luxuriously smooth and radiant glow.
Please keep in mind that all of our peel options are recommended in a series of 3 to 6 peels (weekly or bi-weekly) for optimum results. All new clients MUST have a consultation prior to your first peel to discuss contraindications. You must also discontinue at home retinoid use at least 72 hours prior to your appts.
After your treatment, your skin may be slightly pink or mildly irritated. (PLEASE NOTE: It doesn’t happen to everyone but IT CAN HAPPEN.) Treated skin can take one to seven days to heal. We will discuss aftercare in detail. If you are not willing to do what is needed for your skin at home (gentle cleansing, keeping hydrated inside and out, and most importantly SPF!), then please, DO NOT get any kind of peel.
Results can always vary but things you can expect to see are: improved skin texture, a brighter, more even tone, a lessening of acne and fine lines, and plumper, more hydrated appearance to your skin.
