MBH BOOKING POLICY

We at Midwest Beauty House are 100% committed to the health and safety of everyone who steps through our doors. COVID-19 and supply chain price increases have not only changed the way we live our daily lives, but also the way we operate as a salon. We are taking extra precautions, as recommended by the CDC and the Wisconsin Department of Health. Please be aware of our salon policies and how we are working and preparing to safely accommodate you.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, 50% of the service charge will be charged to the card on file. If the cancellation is Covid related, it will be up to your personal stylist’s discretion to charge or waive the fee. If you are cancelling due to a Covid related illness, please keep in mind that we will not be able to rebook you until at least 14 days after your cancelled appointment (provided that you are no longer exhibiting any symptoms). 

In regards to no-shows and same day cancellations, 100% of the service charge will be charged to the card on file. The charge is non-refundable and cannot be applied toward future purchases. 

We do understand that emergency situations arise, people get sick, etc. and we will do our best to accommodate these rare occasions with compassion and understanding.

Out of respect for all of our guests, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at Midwest Beauty House’s discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services, as needed, to stay on time for all following appointments.

Midwest Beauty House requires credit cards at the time of booking to hold your appointment. Please note that your credit card will not be charged at this time, unless you are booking a color service, for which there is a 50% deposit.

COVID-19 PROTOCOL FOR DAILY OPERATIONS

Due to COVID-19, we do not have a waiting area in our salons. You can either wait outside or in your car and we will text you when we are ready for you to come in. Thank you!
